US Small Business Administration v. Myriad Capital:

Breach of Contract

US Small Business Administration ("USSBA")  sued Myriad Capital to recover the government's  loans to Myriad Capital. We recovered for the USSBA the amounts owed to them  by selling off all  of Myriad's investments from Colorado to California.

 

United Commercial Bank v. SeaGull Travel and Tours:

Breach of Contract

Full recover for United Commercial Bank ("UCB").  UCB sued Sea Gull Tours and Travel to recover the loan amounts owed.  Sea Gull first tried to avoid its obligation by filing  bankruptcy but we filed an adverse action in bankruptcy Court against the owners  and the alter ego of Sea Gull.

 

In the matter re Federal Depository Insurance Corporation as Receiver

Claims by Developers

We represent the FDIC as Receiver in multiple lawsuits filed by real estate developers against failed banks and the FDIC. These claims involve the failed bank's  alleged "failure to lend" funds to the developer or wrongful foreclosure.   We have successful dismissed all the claims against the FDIC.
